• WHEELCHAIR & SCOOTERS – 48 hours Advance notice required to accommodate any mobility equipment, guests must help load and unload inside the vehicle. We do not provide mobility devices.
• Reminder: – Arrive 5-7 minutes early; pickup times may vary due to Pearl Harbor boat ride.
• All water bottles and strollers are allowed.
• No personal items may be left on the vehicle.
• No food or drinks permitted inside the vehicle.
• US Navy Policy – 100% Clear Bags Only, ID’s or Passports are required and may be requested by the US Navy.
• Bag Policy from US Navy: We enforce a strict no-bag policy for items that offer concealment. This includes purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage, etc., exceeding the dimensions of 1.5″ x 2.25″ x 5.5″.
